Vend a short-lived access token for this workload's granted credential.

## Request body

`application/json`: IntegrationTokenRequest \| null

| `provider` | string \| null | no | Which granted provider to vend for. Required only when this principal holds grants spanning more than one provider. |
| `force_refresh` | boolean | no | Refresh the access token upstream even if it is not near expiry. Set only after the provider rejected the current token. Floored per credential: within 60 seconds of the credential's last successful refresh the stored token is returned without another upstream refresh, unless it is past its actual expiry, in which case it is refreshed. A token with unknown expiry is served as stored inside the floor. |
