Fetch a pack avatar image by its SHA-256 digest
Serve one pack avatar, or 404. ``sha256`` is the 64-character lower-case hex digest, as in the ``avatar_url`` a pack read returns.
List Packs
Packs this org may see, each with its latest version's summary. Curated and public packs, plus the org's own ``org_private`` ones. Archived packs and packs with nothing published are not listed.
