List My Orgs
List the organizations the current principal belongs to (identity only). Actor-agnostic counterpart to ``/v1/users/me/orgs``: users get every org they are a member of, bots and API keys get their single resolved principal org, each carrying the caller's effective role (``viewer`` for bots). The response is **identity-only** — no billing/plan/subscription fields — so this endpoint never discloses org billing state to a service principal. It is a pure read of the caller's *own* org context and never enumerates orgs the principal does not belong to.

Take a principal off the member list. The principal is addressed by both axes in the path, because ``actor_id`` alone does not say which population it is drawn from — and removing the wrong one would be a silent no-op rather than an error. Removing the **last owner** is refused with ``409`` and the remedy named: a list with no owner can then only be repaired by someone holding org-wide authority, on a resource whose entire point is that an ``org:member`` can own one without it.
