Submit Question Answers

Finalize this respondent's answers and wake the bot once with them. Saves any answers carried in the body, checks every required field is answered, marks this respondent's answers final under a row lock (one-shot per person, not per question), commits, and schedules a single wake naming the respondent. Other respondents' drafts are untouched and the question stays open — closing it is the bot's decision, because only the bot knows how many answers it needed.
