Open a pay-what-you-want Polar checkout that funds the wallet. Owner only. Returns a hosted checkout URL; the resulting ``order.paid`` webhook credits the wallet. 503 when billing or the top-up product isn't provisioned.
Upload Task Files
Request presigned upload URLs for task files. Creates file metadata rows immediately. Client uploads directly to S3. When ``allow_overwrite`` is false (default), rejects uploads if a file with the same filename already exists. Set to true for re-uploading edited text file content.
